□ 과 정 명 : 지식재산권 출원 지원(OASIS-3) 2기

□ 운영목적 : 지식재산권 소양교육(OASIS-1,2) 우수 수료자 중 창의성과 사업성이 우수한 아이디어를 보유한 참가자를 대상으로, 특허, 실용신안, 디자인 출원 전반에 대한 맞춤형 지원 제공

□ 모집대상 : OASIS-1 및 OASIS-2 과정을 수료하고, 국내에서 기술창업을 하고자 하는 합법 체류 외국인 중 창의성과 사업성이 우수한 아이디어 보유자

□ 지원분야 : 특허, 실용신안, 디자인 출원 지원(저작권 및 상표는 지원 대상에서 제외됩니다.)

□ 모집기간 : 2026.09.17.(목) ~ 2026.10.04.(일) 24:00까지

□ 지원방법 : (1) 지재권별 출원신청서(해당 시 첨부자료 포함), (2) 참여신청서, (3) 참여서약서, (4) 체류자격 증빙 서류, (5) OASIS-1 & OASIS-2 이수증 등 이메일로 제출

□ 심사일정 : 2026.10.05.(월) ~ 2026.10.07.(수)

□ 심사방식 : 서류 심사 (지식재산권 3개 분야별로 각각 다른 심사기준 및 필요서류 적용)

□ 최종선발 : 2026.010.08.(목)

□ 참여혜택 : 변리사와 1:1 출원 컨설팅 지원(1인당 2회), 선행기술조사 지원, 예산 범위 내 출원비용 일부 지원(1인 1건)

We are currently recruiting participants for the government-supported program, “2026 OASIS-3 (Intellectual Property Application Support)”, designed for foreign entrepreneurs.

As we believe this program would be highly beneficial for individuals interested in technology startups or startup immigration in Korea, we kindly request your cooperation in promoting the attached poster through your website or community boards.

Please find the program details below:

□ Program Name: Intellectual Property Application Support (OASIS-3), 2nd Cohort 

□ Objective: To provide customized support across the entire patent, utility model, and design application process for participants with creative and commercially promising ideas, selected from outstanding graduates of the IP literacy courses (OASIS-1 & 2).

※ Copyright and trademarks are excluded from support

□ Eligibility: Graduates of the OASIS-1 and OASIS-2 programs who are legally residing in Korea, intend to establish a technology-                            based startup in Korea, possess creative and innovative business ideas, and plan to apply for intellectual property rights in Korea.

□ Application Period: September 17, 2026 (Thu) – October 4, 2026 (Sun), until 24:00

□ Application Method: Submission of required documents via email

(1) IP-specific Application Form (including attachments, if applicable),

(2) Participation Application Form,

(3) Sworn Statement Form,

(4) Proofs of Immigration/Residency Status

(5) OASIS-1 & OASIS-2 Completion Certifications.

□ Screening Period: October 5, 2026 (Mon) – October 7, 2026 (Wed)

□ Screening Method: Document screening

※ Different screening criteria and required documents apply to each of the three IP fields.

□ Final Selection: October 8 (Thu), 2026

□ Benefits of Participation: 1:1 patent application consulting with a patent attorney (two sessions), Prior art search support, Partial support for application filing costs (one application per participant), subject to the available budget.
